Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through ads, campaigns, and referrals.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits clearly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable real estate options.
Schedule site visits with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and update CRM regularly.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to maximize conversions.
Handle basic customer queries related to project, documentation, and payment plans.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Punjabi (as per requirement).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage (training will be provided).
Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
