Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Conduct meetings, property site visits, and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project details.
  • Create and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.

Key Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings & site visits.
