Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive who is fluent in Gujarati to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, especially in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions in Gujarati, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Gujarati-speaking clients to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful deals.
• Promote real estate projects through various channels including walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep CRM and reporting systems updated on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive lead generation activities.
• Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Gujarati (spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior real estate experience dealing with regional clients is a plus.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is an advantage.
