Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to assist with basic day-to-day office tasks and support staff and visitors. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and capable of handling simple office errands and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, including pantry and common areas
• Distribute files, documents, and other materials within departments
• Run errands such as banking, courier dispatch/pickup, etc.
• Welcome and assist guests as required
• Monitor and manage office supplies like stationery and pantry items
• Assist senior staff with small office tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Should be punctual, honest, and hardworking
• Basic understanding of hygiene and professional behavior
• Knowledge of local areas for outside office tasks is an advantage. Also residing nearby to the office area - Parel / Prabhadevi is preferred.

Salary: Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 15000 per month (based on experience)
