About the Role:

Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Present and promote residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property tours and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and follow up to close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitors.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred, freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.
