Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of real estate markets and staying updated on relevant industry trends.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM software
