Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing property sales and rentals, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting clients with property transactions. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and preparing contracts. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate market
• Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
