Your primary responsibilities will include offering guidance and support to sellers and buyers in the marketing and acquisition of properties at appropriate prices and terms. It will be essential to leverage market insights to understand clients" requirements and financial capacities, enabling you to propose suitable solutions. You will facilitate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, mortgage options, legal prerequisites, and other relevant aspects to ensure transparent and equitable transactions. Additionally, you will conduct comparative market analyses to assess the value of properties accurately. Promoting and advertising real estate assets to potential buyers and keeping listings of available properties up to date will also be part of your duties. As the ideal candidate, you should stay updated on real estate trends and adhere to industry best practices. This is a full-time position that requires you to work during day shifts. The preferred qualifications for this role include a total of 1 year of work experience, with at least 1 year specifically in real estate sales. The work location for this role is on-site.
