As a Real Estate Salesperson at Brick Yard Realty Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, managing documentation, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess customer service skills and hold a valid Real Estate License. You must have knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends, along with strong sales skills and a proven track record in real estate sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is a plus.
