Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Western Mumbai. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include meeting clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legal regulations. The Real Estate Salesperson will also develop strategies to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Property and Real Estate
• Strong Sales skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand market trends and legal regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
