Male candidates should have their own two wheeler or four wheeler Smart Personality with good command over communication skills will be prefered. Experience: Relevant sales experience in Real Estate Sales or similar/support sectors (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Auto Sales) is essential. Compensation and RewardsSalary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience). Incentives: Substantial and uncapped performance-based incentives. Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesExpertise: Must be well-versed with Real Estate terminology and knowledgeable about Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate in Delhi NCR. Sales Focus: Drive direct sales and achieve sales targets for properties in the region. Client Engagement: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, conducting site visits, negotiation, and closing. Attribute: Must be an energetic individual with a strong zeal for success and a proactive approach.
