Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Adyar (Head Office) / Site Locations across Chennai

Experience: 1 to 8 Years in Real Estate / Property Sales

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage prospective customers to understand their housing requirements.
• Present and explain project features, floor plans, and pricing.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
• Maintain daily enquiry trackers and update CRM or Excel reports accurately.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams for timely deal closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real estate or other high-value B2C sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work on weekends and flexible with timings during project launches.
