Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Manage visitor logs, courier handling, and meeting room bookings.
• Maintain the reception area's appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Support HR and Admin teams with basic clerical tasks such as filing, document scanning, and coordination.
• Coordinate with facility and housekeeping staff for day-to-day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle front-office operations efficiently.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environment preferred.
