Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Real Estate Sales Executive for a reputed real estate channel partner company based in Mumbai, specializing in property consultation and sales across Thane, Central Mumbai, and Western suburbs. Your main responsibilities will include cold calling, understanding client needs, conducting site visits, and driving property sales in the specified markets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling to connect with potential customers. - Understand client requirements and offer personalized property suggestions. - Follow up persistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates. - Accompany clients for site visits to different project locations. - Establish and maintain relationships with prospective buyers. - Stay updated on project inventories, pricing, offers, and real estate trends in Thane, Central, and Western suburbs. - Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports on client interactions and sales progress. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Thane, Central Mumbai, or Western Mumbai markets. - Proficient communication and telecalling skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities. - Confidence in independently handling client queries and site visits. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. - Possession of a two-wheeler will be advantageous.
