Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies for residential sites and projects across various verticals. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Sales and CRM teams, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales - Networking with corporate clients, HNI clients, and other potential customers for project marketing and sales - Planning and implementing strategies for new project launches, focusing on project marketing and sales planning - Building relationships with distribution partners - Assisting the Strategy Team in developing pricing strategies aligned with market demand - Designing sales strategies, marketing plans, and inventory strategies - Conducting market research, tracking competition, and analyzing market trends - Providing inputs on design, cost comparisons, vendor selection, and coordination with top management - Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales cycle - Managing the sourcing and closing team members effectively In terms of client relationship building, your role will involve: - Following up with potential customers based on their specific requirements - Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicating with prospects - Meeting prospects, organizing site visits, and establishing strong client relationships to convert leads to sales - Supporting customers through various stages of engagement and resolving queries promptly - Monitoring leads, negotiations, and closures for sales opportunities Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on market intelligence, competitor details, and industry trends. Networking with industry contacts and collaborating with peer teams will be crucial for identifying potential business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry - Friendly, cheerful, and helpful demeanor - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong social and interpersonal skills - Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus component. The work location is in person, providing opportunities for effective team collaboration across departments such as CRM, Marketing, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer service.,
