Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase project bookings and market share. Manage and monitor the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews. Handle client meetings, project presentations, and site visits for high-value clients. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and improve lead quality. Track and analyze sales performance using CRM and reporting tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project developments. Ensure excellent post-sales customer support and coordinate with the operations team for smooth handovers. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven track record of target achievement and sales closures. In-depth knowledge of residential/commercial real estate market and buyer behavior. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Excellent negotiation and client handling skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus. Experience in managing high-value real estate projects is an advantage.
