Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development within the real estate sector, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a pipeline of potential buyers/investors, and converting leads into successful sales closures while working closely with the marketing and site teams. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate new leads through field visits, tele-calling, online platforms, and referrals. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate project recommendations based on budget, location preference, and purpose (investment/end-use). Drive sales closures and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and event participation. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures. Ability to handle site visits, project briefings, and high-ticket clients independently. Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Should be a self-starter with a passion for real estate and client success. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati or regional language is a plus). Knowledge of local property market trends and developer landscape.
