Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Sector 63, Noida Uttar Pradesh
Department: Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to create effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
  • Ensure all property documentation and client records are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaign planning.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and property exhibitions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing.
  • Familiarity with local property laws and RERA regulations.
  • Bilingual proficiency is an added advantage.

Salary: upto 40,000
Incentives: Performance-based incentives and commissions
