Job Title: Team Leader โ€“ Real Estate Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: Real Estate Sales Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee a team of real estate agents and drive the achievement of sales goals and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in property sales or management. As a Team Leader, you will manage and motivate the team, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives and are performed with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and development to enhance the team's skills and performance. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and optimize the teamโ€™s approach to the real estate market. Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary action plans to improve outcomes. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Ensure that the team is informed about new listings, property developments, and industry regulations. Sales Targets and Reporting: Monitor team progress against sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and market conditions. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the team to ensure that they are up-to-date on industry best practices, sales techniques, and legal requirements. Administrative Duties: Oversee necessary paperwork, ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and assist with contract management when needed. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales or property management, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legal frameworks. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and senior management effectively. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties involved. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online property listing platforms. Networking: Established connections within the Noida real estate market or industry partners is a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
