Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and development to enhance the team's skills and performance. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and optimize the team’s approach to the real estate market. Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary action plans to improve outcomes. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Ensure that the team is informed about new listings, property developments, and industry regulations. Sales Targets and Reporting: Monitor team progress against sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and market conditions. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the team to ensure that they are up-to-date on industry best practices, sales techniques, and legal requirements. Administrative Duties: Oversee necessary paperwork, ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and assist with contract management when needed. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales or property management, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legal frameworks. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and senior management effectively.
