Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing property guidance, and closing sales. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating deals, and overseeing sales processes from initiation to completion. The role requires a strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Proficient in Customer Service skills
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the Noida real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
