As the General Manager Projects at our company, your role will involve overseeing the planning and execution of multiple complex projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning and execution of projects, defining scope, objectives, and timelines. - Coordinating fit out project management for the Bank and its subsidiaries within approved budget and quality standards. - Allocating resources efficiently to meet project objectives. - Assisting project management consultants, supervising and motivating the team, and conducting performance reviews. - Developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets. - Monitoring project risks and issues, resolving them quickly to minimize impact. - Engaging with stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring timely reporting of project performance. - Monitoring project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines. - Overseeing project completion, ensuring all objectives are met, and conducting post-project evaluations. - Encouraging the use of collaboration platforms and business software tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. - 20+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). - Strong communication, interpersonal, financial management, and budgetary skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include: - Project Delivery Timeliness: 95% of projects completed within defined timeline. - Budget Adherence: 90% of projects completed within or below budget. - Project Quality: 98% of projects delivered without major post-delivery changes. - Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve stakeholder satisfaction rate of 85% or higher. - Risk Mitigation: 90% of risks successfully mitigated. - Team Performance & Engagement: Achieve an engagement score of 80% or higher.
