Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing property sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and guiding buyers through every step of the sales process. The role includes customer service, negotiation, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also stay current on market trends, property values, and upcoming projects to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Real Estate skills
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Real Property and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the Noida NCR real estate market is advantageous
