Key Responsibilities:

* Independently handle walk-in, digital, and telephonic leads from sourcing to final closing.

* Proactively source new clients through calls, referrals, site visits, and networking.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

* Conduct site visits and present project details confidently to clients.

* Negotiate and close deals effectively with clients and developers.

* Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.

* Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, offers, and real estate market trends.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (experience in Pune West market preferred).

* Good knowledge of areas such as Baner, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Bavdhan, Kothrud, etc.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.

* Immediate joiners preferred.
