Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Around Town Realty Pvt. Ltd., based in Jagatpur, Ahmedabad, your primary role will be to lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets. You will be responsible for assigning leads, monitoring follow-ups, and tracking performance. Additionally, you will generate new clients through networking and cold calling, build strong client and builder relationships, and guide clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Conducting site visits, closing property deals, coordinating with marketing for promotions, maintaining sales records, and reporting to management are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field. - 5 years of real estate sales experience. - Team management experience preferred.
