Real Estate Sales Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing the sales team, generating new clients, building strong relationships with builders and clients, conducting site visits, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets. - Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and track performance. - Generate new clients through networking and cold calling. - Build strong client and builder relationships. - Guide clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. - Conduct site visits and close property deals. - Coordinate with marketing for promotions. - Maintain sales records and report to management. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field. - 5 years of real estate sales experience. - Team management experience preferred.
