• Proactively generate and convert leads from both existing and new clients/business partners.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate – Field Sales is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
