Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Surat. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves conducting market research, handling client inquiries, and managing property listings.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Sales and developing sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Experience in the Surat real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
