Job Title: Real Estate Sales Expert Location: Noida Experience: 4–8 Years Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA + Lucrative Incentives Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial Sales) Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in clients, inbound/outbound leads, and digital inquiries. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options. Schedule and conduct property site visits. Team Handling Drive end-to-end sales closures, from lead qualification to booking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors. Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and legal teams to ensure smooth post-sale support. Stay updated with local real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 4 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales closures. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-centric approach. Willing to work on weekends and conduct on-site visits. Good to Have: Prior experience with real estate channel partners or builders. Familiarity with Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR real estate markets. CRM tools knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
