Job Description

Rental Sales Executive

You will be responsible for connecting property owners and tenants while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and source new rental listings through direct owners, referrals, and field visits.
Manage and update the property database with accurate details, photos, and rent expectations.
Handle tenant leads from online portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.) and walk-in clients.
Conduct property showings and accompany clients during site visits.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Negotiate rent, deposit, and other terms between owners and tenants.
Prepare and coordinate rental agreements and necessary documentation.
Maintain strong follow-ups with clients until deal closure and handover.
Build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and brokers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and new projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in real estate rentals, leasing, or property sales (residential or commercial).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Must be a good team player with a proactive and positive approach.
Local area knowledge and own two-wheeler is preferred.
