Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate) We are looking for an energetic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients. Your main job will be to handle inquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth property presentations and site visits. You will play a key role in turning leads into potential buyers through effective communication and follow-ups. --- What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Manage Leads: Handle calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients. Qualify Prospects: Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to identify genuine leads. Schedule Visits: Arrange and confirm property site visits with clients and the sales team. Follow-Ups: Stay in touch with potential buyers, answer queries, and build strong client relationships. Provide Information: Share accurate details about projects, pricing, and features to clients. Support Sales Team: Assist with documentation, coordination, and other pre-sales tasks. Maintain Records: Keep client and lead data updated in CRM/software tools. --- What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and people skills. Ability to convince and build trust with clients. Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory). Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups. Comforta ble using phones, emails, and CRM tools.
