Job Title: Pre-Sales Tele caller – Real Estate Location: Bangalore (Hybrid: Office & Remote) Overview: Join our women-only pre-sales team to engage property investors. You will handle both inbound and outbound prospecting, capture investor requirements, pitch curated investment opportunities, and book quality site visits. Follow-up calls are equally important for nurturing leads and confirming appointments. Key Responsibilities: Achieve 5–6 hours of daily talk time engaging prospects and investors Maintain an average call duration of 3–4 minutes per conversation Deliver compelling pitches on ROI, rental yield, market appreciation, and financing options Gather client requirements: budget, location, property type, timing, and risk appetite Match needs to our portfolio and explain project features, EMI calculations, and home-loan processes Schedule and confirm 2–3 quality site visits per day, targeting a 70%+ visit conversion rate Log all interactions, lead status, next-step tasks, and visit feedback in CRM immediately Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure smooth customer experiences Collaborate with the sales manager for target achievement and continuous process improvement Required Skills & Qualifications: Age 23–30 with 2+ years tele calling experience in banking, insurance or real estate Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada/Telugu proficiency preferred Exceptional active listening, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities Strong CRM proficiency and MS Excel skills for talk-time tracking and lead management Solid understanding of real estate concepts, EMI calculations, and local market dynamics High-energy, target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection Professional phone etiquette, rapport-building, and multi-channel follow-up via WhatsApp and email Performance Metrics: 5–6 hours of connected talk time per day 10+ qualified investor conversations daily 2–3 site visits scheduled daily 70%+ lead-to-visit conversion Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: ₹20,000/month Per-Visit Incentive: ₹500 per successful site visit Milestone Bonus: ₹5,000 extra upon 30 successful visits/month Spot Incentive: Milestone payout within the same month clear career progression Be the voice that drives investor engagement and site-visit bookings in Bangalore’s booming real-estate market—apply today!
