The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing property sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new leads through calls, meetings, and digital platforms. Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans. Maintain a deep understanding of property market trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Follow up with clients regularly and ensure excellent customer service. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events. Maintain daily sales reports and client data in CRM/software. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and persuasive ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Own vehicle preferred. Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
