As a Real Estate Sales Executive in Noida, Sector-132, you will play a crucial role in achieving monthly sales & revenue targets by directly interacting with clients. Your responsibilities will include generating new business through networking and outreach, building strong relationships with brokers and clients, conducting property site visits, and managing the complete sales cycle from engagement to closure. You must ensure client satisfaction, drive repeat business, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets through direct client interaction. - Generate new business via networking, calling, and outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and clients. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects. - Conduct property site visits, open houses, and sales events. - Manage the complete sales cycle: engagement, negotiation, and closure. - Ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business. Qualifications Required: - Graduate (MBA preferred). - 2 years of sales experience (real estate/NCR market experience is an advantage). - Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets. - Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client visits. - Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad & Gurugram. - Self-motivated, confident & target-oriented personality.
