Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Generate leads through networking, calling, channel partners, brokers, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property buyers, corporate clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales & business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support in collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Track, monitor, and report sales performance using CRM tools and MIS reports.
  • Represent the company at real estate expos, networking events, and business forums.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, banking or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market, buyer behavior, and investment trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong networks with channel partners, investors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
