Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for property sales, leasing, or investments. Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective promotional strategies. Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Requirements bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development or sales (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
