Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and assisting them in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing guidance and appropriate property options. Conduct property tours, site visits, and explain project details to potential buyers. Negotiate property deals and close transactions in alignment with company policies. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, legal regulations, and competitor activities. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow up on leads regularly. Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing. RequirementsProven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and market trends. Minimum qualification: 12th and above.
