Job Description – Real Estate Business Development Manager Position: Real Estate Business Development Manager Location: Noida Sector 104 No of Positions: 5 Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling residential/commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, customer handling skills, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals. Contact prospective clients to present property details and guide them in the buying/selling process. Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and contracts as per company standards. Stay updated with property market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions in CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven track record in sales (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of real estate market practices, legal regulations, and documentation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
