•Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales/ finance/insurance or any sales profile.

• Vehicle: Candidate must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Languages: Fluency in [insert local language] and basic English

• Qualification: Graduate or equivalent preferred

• Key Responsibilities:

➡Actively generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling

➡Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective clients

➡Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

➡Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and property owners

➡Maintain an up-to-date database of properties and leads

➡Coordinate with legal, registration, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction closures

➡Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the firm's overall revenue

➡Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain client relationships

• Skills Required:

➡Good communication and interpersonal skills

➡Negotiation and convincing skills

➡Knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing

➡Result-oriented and target-driven approach

➡Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
