Real Estate Sales Consultant

A PAN India based group of company for their real estate division requires business development Executives & managers.

Location: Ludhiana (Malhar Road office, with project site visits in Jagraon)

This role is ideal for a hardcore sales professional with a proven track record in selling real estate products. You'll be responsible for driving sales for our projects located in Jagraon, primarily focusing on clients with an investment capacity of ₹25 lakhs INR or more. If you're a target-achiever with an existing client network and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in real estate investments.
• Leverage your existing database of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and serious investors to promote our projects.
• Conduct site visits to our projects in Jagraon, effectively showcasing properties and addressing client queries.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in the Ludhiana and Jagraon regions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,572.15 - ₹90,057.36 per month
