Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Description:
Terra Rex Realty is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and driving successful property sales. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills along with a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Present project details, pricing, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead management and post-sales support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
• Own conveyance preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
