Real Estate Sales

You are a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying or leasing properties, and closing sales deals. Your role requires excellent communication, market knowledge, and a client-focused approach. You will actively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Understanding client requirements and providing property solutions accordingly is key. You will schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities, and negotiate and close property deals with clients to ensure satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include preparing sales documentation, completing all legal formalities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and channel partners, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinating with developers, builders, and legal teams for property-related documentation is also part of your role. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) and proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous. Required skills include excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, knowledge of local property laws, real estate trends, and documentation, ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Preferred experience includes 3 years in residential or commercial real estate sales, familiarity with pre-launch, under-construction, and ready-to-move properties, and experience with builder tie-ups or channel sales.
