Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sourcing) - (Real Estate -Channel Sales)Salary Budget - Between 11 LPA to 19 LPA Max (Hike given basis last drawn CTC on paper)Minimum Education Qualification - Graduate in any field Experience & Requirements - 3 to 10 yrs of experience in Real Estate in a Sourcing role and excellent English communication skills are mandatory Shift Timings Day shiftWorking Day and Week offs 6 days working (Rostered per Manager Sundays will be working)Job Location - Kandivali_*_Job Description*_The candidate is responsible for growing a strong channel partners network for Mumbai and driving sales through them. Key responsibilities would be to develop channel partners in a designated territory within Mumbai and being accountable for business generated through these channel partners to meet monthly/quarterly/AOP sales targets. The candidate is also responsible for key channel partner engagement initiatives throughout the year & also for generating key product/competition insights from channel partners.*_KRAs_**Sales*:Ensures achievement of sales as per plan as per AOP/ quarterly/ monthly targetsCloses sales deals with customersProposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventoryEvaluate partner performance & monitor channel salesGuide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business target*Operational*;1. Lead GenerationInteracts with brokers / channel partners for generating and mobilizing more footfallsInteracts with Channel partners (Brokers) to generate leads and customers continuous engagementProposes schemes for channel partners / customers to generate foot fallsWorking on increasing network of channel partners outside MumbaiNo. of quality leads generated & customer visits at site through channel partners managed2. Sales Reporting & Inventory managementManaging and allocating the inventory to the channel partners as per their clients preferenceSends weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS on channel partners managed as per agreed timelinesPrepares reports as required by region/ HO for decision makingTimeliness & Accuracy of reports3.
