Position: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Patna Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales / Property Dealing / Related Field Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Performance) Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing property sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (cold calls, site visits, networking, etc.). Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their property requirements. Present and promote available properties effectively to clients. Negotiate and close property sales while achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and provide post-sales support. Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders. Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
