Position: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

  • Location: Vashi / Andheri / Lower Parel (Mumbai)
  • Experience Required: 3 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive residential property sales in Mumbai and meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Engage with potential buyers daily, guiding them through our offerings and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Handle inquiries from digital marketing channels, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers, investors, and end-users.
  • Lead negotiations and advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct personalized consultations for HNI clients, ensuring a premium service experience.
  • Match client investment goals with suitable residential properties and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to determine property values.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless post-sales support.
  • Uphold values of trust, integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity in every interaction.

  • Proven track record in hardcore sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with HNI clients is a must.
  • Positive attitude with a hunger for success and growth.
  • Must own a bike/car with valid documents.
  • Confident, self-driven, and ready to take on new challenges.
