Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida for a Real Estate Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for Managed property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U.S.-based real estate assets. The candidate will also assist with financial analyses, budget preparation, and liaise with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and alignment within the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Managed property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U.S.-based real estate assets.
• Knowledge of journal entries and general Accounting principles
• Experience in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with real estate accounting processes and standards
• Proficiency in relevant accounting softwares like Tally, Quickbooks etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
