Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing property portfolios, analyzing property performance, coordinating lease agreements, and strategizing asset management. The role requires managing client relationships, providing regular updates on property status, and ensuring efficient portfolio management to achieve optimal returns. The candidate will also be expected to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions to enhance portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Portfolio Management and Asset Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Knowledge of Leases and related agreements
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
