Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Marketing and Sales Specialists to drive our property sales while developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for digital and traditional marketing. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns for listings and brand awareness Create content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers for high-quality marketing assets Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Track KPIs and prepare reports on marketing and sales performance Collaboration: Work closely with agents, brokers, and other internal teams to align goals Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events Qualifications: Required: Proven experience in real estate sales and/or marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or a valid degree.
