Job Description

As a Corporate Leasing professional at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to understand and execute real estate lease requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with CRES to understand short, medium, and long-term real estate lease requirements, including demand management and stay vs. move decisions - Finalizing large and complex real estate lease deals - Developing sourcing strategies to shape and support commercial and operational objectives of the RE Leasing Category - Collaborating closely with the Legal Team and other functional stakeholders to finalize lease deeds - Demonstrating excellent client management skills and experience in leading projects involving a range of stakeholders - Utilizing your knowledge of real estate portfolio and market dynamics - Showcasing proven, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Delivering strong executive-level communication and presentation skills - Displaying impeccable attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Applying strategic thinking with strong implementation ability - Proficiency with the suite of MS Office and other computer skills Your Profile: - 6 to 10 years of experience in real estate sourcing and procurement, lease deed, vendor management, legal and contracting - Bachelors/Master's degree in a related field; relevant professional qualifications or accreditations - Experience in transaction management, project management, and corporate real estate procurements - Willingness to work as a team player with a group of professional suppliers and team members - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills What you'll love about working at Capgemini: Capgemini is committed to ensuring that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging.
