Position Overview

HR Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate fitment for open positions through behavioral assessments and technical evaluations.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in India
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and people management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Expertise in Real Estate Sales Hiring and Telecalling domain.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
10-15 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
Proven track record in recruitment and HR operations

Walk-in interviews between (11 am to 5 pm)
