Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire home buying process, including property search, negotiations, and closing deals. Tasks will involve providing property tours, assisting with home loans, and ensuring proper property registrations. The consultant will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

?? Experience in Channel Partner Sourcing/Onboarding

?? Strong interpersonal & client relationship skills

?? Field Sales experience, preferably in real estate

?? A go-getter mindset and hunger to grow

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Sales skills and experience in Negotiation
• Ability to train clients and provide property tours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Bengaluru
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
